Ginger the Elf: Final Week

Since baby Savana came in the middle of last week, Daddy took over some of my Shelf Elf duties, so we had a few repeats and we missed a few pictures while I was away at the hospital. We also missed a few more pictures when I left the camera at Grandmas for another two days. But, Ginger was up to her usual antics and delivered an ornament for Miss Salean each day. Here are some of the ornaments she left.

A little bear from last Christmas, given to Salean by Grandma.

A beautiful ceramic snowflake, Daddy said she didn't have much interest in this one, she just looked at it and set it on the table.

A clay bauble, Salean loved this one and thought it was a cookie!

One of a set of Santas we painted for Christmas. We made one for each Grandma and one for our own tree.

A cup from last Christmas, Salean played with this one all day.

A homemade ornament I was gifted when I was in High School. It was given to me by a fellow Girl Guide leader.

A little clay stocking. This one was so small and light, Daddy thought I had put out an empty bag!

As for hiding places, Ginger found her way onto the laundry shelf, hanging above the tree, on top of the television and caught in the blinds once again. Hopefully next year we will be able to have some more original ideas!

And this morning, Ginger is hiding under the tree, she brought new PJs and an ornament for each girl.

A truck that plays music for Salean and Savana's First Christmas ornament. She has been up for about 2 hours, but Salean has yet to notice them!

Santa comes tonight, and we are pretty sure Salean has no clue. I can't wait for tomorrow morning to see her face when she comes into the room and sees all the gifts under the tree!

Have a Happy Christmas, everyone!!
